You can assist users with below concerns –
Account creation: Create a user account from Users > New user. Fill in the required fields and click Submit to create a new user account.
Password reset: Go to Users and search the concerned user using the search box and click on Actions > Update.
Then click on Change password to update.
Email verification: Go to Users and search the concerned user using the search box and click on Actions > Update.
Under Basic info, turn on the Verified Email switch to activate the account.
Change email ID: Go to Users and search the concerned user using the search box and click on Actions > Update.
Then update the new email under Email and click Submit.
Adding or cancelling user subscriptions: To add a user subscription, go to Subscriptions > Create new, search User from the auto-populating drop-down and add expiration date before clicking on Submit.
For cancelling an already created user subscription, go to Subscriptions, and click on Cancel subscription for the concerned user.
