Apart from creating new user accounts as seen here, you can also assist users with below concerns. But first, go to Users and use the search box to find the concerned user and click on Actions > Update.

• Password reset: Once in the Update section of a user profile, click on Change password to update.

• Email verification: Under Basic info, turn on the Verified Email switch to activate the account.

• Change email ID: Update the new email under Email and click Submit.
