How are the user tokens deducted during a chat?
Users won’t be charged immediately when sending messages. Instead the deduction happens only when the models respond to their messages. This ensures delivery of fair services for all involved..
Is there a mechanism in place to prevent spamming?
Yes. To prevent both user or model from spamming and to maintain a to-and-fro conversation model, the number of back-to-back messages from either end is limited to 3. Post which, further messages are possible only after receiving responses from the other end.
How is the token price for messages decided?
Models decide and set the token/message charges from their dashboard.
Is there a minimum per minute token charge for chat set by the admin?
No, there isn’t. But the platform accepts 1 token as the minimum charge for a message. Models can increase this to charge more.
Can users send a message with zero token balance?
No, users will need enough token balance to send at least one message (depending on the token/message charge set by the concerned model) to be able to send a message.
Can models turn on video chat if they want to?
Video chat is not a feature that’s available right now. Let us know if you would like this integrated on your platform, so we can customize it for you.
Can the model and user send media to each other over chat?
Yes, models and users can exchange videos and photos during chats.
Can the media files sent during chat be price-locked?
The media shared during chat cannot be sold for premium right now. However, we can have this feature implemented if you’d like that as an option for the models.
Can users download the videos or images shared on chat?
Yes, saving the content shared from models is possible.
Do the user messages expire if the model is not online?
No, they don’t. Models can check and respond to the messages when they login later.
Can the models do private live streaming? If not, can this be custom built?
No, video calling is not an option right now, but we can surely have it set up for your website.
