How is the site branding handled?
Elements such as site name and logo can be set anytime from the admin panel. There’s no need to worry about it during the installation phase.
Do you offer any continued support once the site goes live?
We offer assistance for six months after you have purchased any of our products. In this period, you can reach out to us if you come across any technical difficulties with the site. However, we may not be able to help in case of any issues arising out of the code being tweaked by external developers.
What about after six months?
For continued support post six months from the time of installation, you can subscribe for $99 per month. This not only gets you continued technical assistance but your site will also be upgraded with each release.
Will my site receive periodic updates if I don’t opt for the $99 per month subscription post six months?
We keep updating all our products with features needed to keep up with the times and give you the tactical advantage of having a site that looks and feels modern and has all the required feature set. Our marketing team can send you periodic emails to keep you posted on this. If you like what you see in any of the releases, we can have your site updated for a fee of $79. Please note that migrating existing data from your live site may cost extra.
Can I change the site template?
The script comes with a fixed design and layout for both the admin panel and the front. However, we would be happy to have it customized as per your design. Customization charges will be applicable. Please contact our sales team.
Do you help with logo design?
Sure, we do. Let us know what you have in mind. Logo design charge of $29 will be applicable.
