You can assist users with all account-related concerns from the backend.For editing a user account, go to Users, search the concerned user using the search box, and click on Actions > Update.
- Account creation: Create a user account from Users list> New user. Fill in the required fields and click Submit to create a new user account.
- Password reset: Once within the user account edit page, go to the Change Password tab to update.
- Email verification: Under Basic info within the account edit page, turn on the Verified Email switch to activate the account.
- Change email ID: Update the new email under Email and click Submit.
