Can admin create new model accounts from the control panel?

Yes, this can be done using the New Model option.
You can fill all required details, mandatory ones include name, email, username, Gender, password, and country. You can also update physical attributes.
At the end of the page, change Status to Active if you want to activate the account immediately, or this can be done later once you verify the model.
You may then share the credentials with the concerned model for them to start using their account.
