Yes, commissions taken by the admin (in case of independent models) and both admin and the studio (in case of studio-owned models) are visible under the model dashboard.

They can go to Account Settings and then the Commission tab to check the commissions taken for all types of transactions.

Please note, that in case of independent models, these values are what’s set by the admin. Whereas, in case of studio-owned models, these values are set by the studio.
