Can the admin manage the email templates?

yes there is a set of templates for the system generated emails on the platform which he can manage at the backend

General Email settings 

Admin can manage the sender and receive emails

Is the email verification mandatory on the system?

Admin can manage this by making it optional by a toggle on/ off  as per his choice
