This is not a feature that’s present in the base product, however, we can have it implemented as an added customization should you need it.

Users will require tokens to send messages. They can also use tokens to tip inside or outside of chats, and for purchasing premium videos and galleries.

How do tokens get deducted during talk/livs streaming?

Tokens get automatically reduced from the user balance on receiving model responses.

What happens to the remaining token balance if a user deactivates their account?

The balance will go void if a user deactivates their account with token balance in their account.

Who decides the token charges per message?

Models set the tokens charged per message from their dashboard.

Is there a limit to the amount of token balance users can keep in their account?

No, there is no cap on the token balance that users can maintain.

Do the user tokens expire after a certain period? Can the expiry period be changed by the admin?

There is no expiry criteria set for unused tokens.

How long does it take for token balance to reflect in the user account after a purchase?

Purchased tokens and the change in the balance will reflect almost instantaneously after a successful payment.

Can users return their tokens to get a refund?

No, this isn’t possible in the base package. Let us know if that is something you want your platform to have.

What are the minimum and maximum tipping amounts possible?

Minimum tipping amount is set at 1. And there is no maximum tipping limit.
