There aren’t any predefined packages. You can create them at different price points to cater to different user groups.

Is there a limit to the number of subscription or token packages that can be created?

No, there isn’t.

Can users set an option to auto-replenish their token balance when it reaches a certain level?

This is not a feature that’s present in the base product, however, we can have it implemented as an added customization should you need it.

What transactions can the users use the token balance for?

Users can use tokens to tip during live streams and for purchasing premium videos. Tokens may not be used to shop for products or to buy subscriptions.

Can I create a free subscription package like a trial for users, which will automatically get converted to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period?

Currently, you can set it so that the initial and recurring periods and price for both are different. The lowest amount being $1. Although, free trial isn’t possible now, it will be introduced in the upcoming version of xModels. In the meantime, we can however customize a free trial option for you.

Will the recurring subscription be automatically charged from the user’s card?

Yes, CCBill will store payment card details and charge the same at the end of each subscription period.

Do the membership packages differ only on their period of subscription or also based on membership tiers?

Membership packages differ only in the period of subscription they offer. For different tiers of membership that offer different perks, please reach out to us for customization.

What happens if a user cancels subscription before the end of subscription period?

The user will have access until the end of the subscription period.
