What is the user registration flow?

After the new users register with valid details, they need to verify their email account using the link sent to their email ID. Post this they will be able to log into the site successfully.

Please note, that the admin can choose to turn off the mandatory email verification.

Also, an unregistered user will still be able to browse around the site checking model profiles, the available content and other details, but will need an account to enter a live stream or use any site feature.

Is there a Social Sign-up option?

No, the Social Sign-up/ Sign-In is not a part of the base product. However, It can be customized. Please reach out to us for customization.

Can I block users from a specific country or region?

Geo-blocking is not an available feature on xCams. Only models can restrict their profiles in countries of their choosing.

If you would like site-level geo-blocking to be implemented, do let us know so we can embed it for you.

Can users delete their account completely?

Since user accounts are needed to tally up the transaction and earnings data elsewhere in the system, this is not possible in the base product. Although the admin can still deactivate the user account upon request.

Note: Although user account deletion is not a part of the base product, this can be customized upon request, in a manner that the overall site-level earnings and transaction data is not affected.
