There aren’t any predefined packages. You can create them at different price points to cater to different user groups.

Is there a limit to the number of token packages that can be created?

No, there isn’t.

Can users set an option to auto-replenish their token balance when it reaches a certain level?

This is not a feature that’s present in the base product, however, we can have it implemented as an added customization should you need it.

What transactions can the users use the token balance for?

Users can use tokens to tip the model, to enter group chats, and also to pay for the private shows. Users can also use tokens for purchasing premium content and store products too.

Is there a limit to the amount of token balance users can keep in their account?

No, there is no cap on the token balance that users can maintain.

Do the user tokens expire after a certain period? Can the expiry period be changed by the admin?

There is no expiry criteria set for unused tokens.

How long does it take for token balance to reflect in the user account after a purchase?

Purchased tokens and the change in the balance will reflect almost instantaneously after a successful payment.

Can users return their tokens to get a refund?

No, this isn’t possible in the base package. Let us know if that is something you want your platform to have.

What are the minimum and maximum tipping amounts possible?

Minimum tipping amount is set at 1. And there is no maximum tipping limit.

Can the admin add token balance to users?

Yes, from the backend it is possible to modify a user’s token balance. Admin may need to use this feature to take care of any disputes.
