What are the subscription options available to users?

Users can choose from either a monthly or a yearly subscription.

Who decides the subscription amount?

Models can set their own subscription amount. However, admin can ratify model-level subscriptions from the admin panel.

Can the admin set a minimum or a maximum subscription amount for models?

Although the admin can view and change subscriptions for individual models, setting a lower and upper limit is not an option right now.

Is it possible to create one-time subscriptions as well?

No, subscriptions are only of the recurring kind. However, we can build the option to have one-time subscriptions as well.

Is there an option to offer free subscription packages to users?

The base product only comes with paid subscriptions. Please reach out to us to have the option of a free trial customized.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes, all subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their subscription periods. The payment card gets stored with CCBill and is used during renewals.

Do the model subscription packages differ only on their period of subscription or also based on membership tiers?

Membership packages differ only in the period of subscription they offer. For different tiers of membership that offer different perks, please reach out to us for customization.

Will users see different currencies on the website based on their geography?

Users around the globe will see the prices on the website as per the currency set by you. Please ensure your CCBill currency setting matches the currency listed on the website. When a user makes payment, the amount will be deducted based on the currency conversion rate for that day.

What happens if a user cancels subscription before the end of subscription period?

The user will have access until the end of the subscription period.

If a model increases her subscription amount, will an existing user be charged more from the next cycle on renewal?

No, renewals for the existing users will continue with the original subscription amount.
