Yes, you can manually add or cancel any subscription package for a user.

To add a user subscription, go to Subscriptions > Create new, search User from the auto-populating drop-down and add expiration date before clicking on Submit.

For cancelling an already created user subscription, go to Subscriptions, and click on Cancel subscription for the concerned user.
