How is the site branding handled?
Elements such as site name, logo and favicon can be set and modified anytime from the admin panel. There’s no need to worry about it during the installation phase.

Do you offer any continued support once the site goes live?
We offer technical assistance for six months after you have purchased any of our products. During this period, you can reach out to us if you come across any technical difficulties with the site. However, we may not be able to help in case of any issues arising out of changes in code made by external developers.
What about after six months?
After 6 months, we do offer continued support and upgrades. Reach out to our sales team to know more about the charges for extended support after six months.
Will my site receive periodic updates if I don’t opt for the extended support post six months?
We keep updating all our products with features needed to keep up with the times and give you the tactical advantage of having a site that looks and feels modern and has all the required feature set. If you have opted for it, our marketing team will send you periodic emails to keep you posted. If you like what you see in any of the releases, we can have your site updated. For the associated charges, please reach out to our Sales team. Please note that migrating existing data from your live site may cost extra.
Can I change the site template?
With xStreamer, you can customize the site’s appearance to a small extent, like black/white theme, size of the thumbnails, or some CSS elements. However, if you’re in need for a higher level of customizations, please reach us out. We would be happy to have it made as per your requirements. Customization charges will be applicable. Please contact our sales team.
Do you help with logo design?
Sure, we do. Let us know what you have in mind. Logo design charge of $29 will be applicable. Please do check out the services we offer
