You can take up an automation plan from the Inventory source. The default plan is the inventory ( product ) update, so you can also pick a supplier from their directory and link your website.

If you need to automate the orders as well, you need to pick the full automation, where your website inventory will be automatically updated and the orders that fall in your site will also be handled by Inventory source under the Order manager section.
